The price is given after your exam, because every procedure and every patient is different. You can ask the exam price on WhatsApp.

Is it for you?

  • You wake up with jaw, face or head pain.
  • Someone has told you that you grind your teeth in your sleep.
  • Your teeth are worn or chipped for no reason.
  • You clench your teeth when you're stressed.

How it works

  1. 1A diagnosis of your bite. And of your jaw joint, to recommend the right guard for your case.
  2. 2Impressions of your mouth. The guard is made to the exact shape of your teeth.
  3. 3Delivery and adjustment. So you bite properly with it on.

Afterwards

  • Wear it as the doctor tells you.
  • Wash it with cold water and a brush, without toothpaste, because it scratches it.
  • Keep it in its case, away from heat, and bring it to your checkups.

Questions

Is it the same as the ones sold at the pharmacy?

No. A custom guard is made from the shape of your mouth and adjusted to your bite.

Will it stop the grinding?

It protects your teeth and lets your jaw rest. The clenching habit may continue, but it no longer wears your teeth down.
